Emmalani Court #525 with AC

This was the perfect spot for our family of six. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of space. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and ending the evenings in the hot tub. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Highly recommend this lovely condominium ! It was spotless, well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were extremely comfortable. Excellent communication from the rental staff - very clear and easy check in and check out information. We loved our stay! Can’t wait to come back to visit!

Our stay at Emmalani Court was perfect. Situated in a nice quiet complex on a golf course, it provided a relaxing week in the sun. The condo was beautifully furnished. The beds were comfortable and for those of us who appreciate a cool night sleep, the AC was much appreciated. Hali was excellent on the property management team. She answered our questions quickly and thoroughly. We will be back.

We had great communication with the property management. Easy check in and check out process. Clean with smoke towels, cooler, beach chairs. Fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view of rainbow over the ocean on our first day. Lots of books to read. Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance issues while we were there. But everything else was great. Appreciated flexibility with late check out options and would stay here again. One of the most beautiful places in this special island.

The unit/property is very spacious. Beyond that it is nothing special and is quite run down and outdated. The unit/property is located on the main road, which was not disclosed. Very noisy.

The location, easy access to the beach and new 1 Hotel down the road. The house was perfect. The property management was so easy to work with, sent specific instructions on how to find and access the home. We love the North Shore and will be back soon. This is where we will stay for sure.

We loved staying here for a vacation with our family of 4 (two adults and two preschool age kids). The condo had everything we needed to cook meals, enjoy the beach (plenty of chairs, beach toys, a cooler, a boogie board, and ice packs), and relax. The on-site pool was the perfect size and temperature for our kids (we went every day), and also turned out to be a great spot for a poolside dinner one evening. Communication with Na Pali Properties was really easy. When we arrived, the coffee maker did not work, but they brought over a new one the same day, which was much appreciated. We would definitely love to stay here again!

I think it was great! We went with kids and really enjoyed pool and snorkeling at the private beach walking distance from the condo. The condo was easy to get in, equipped with all essentials. There was a problem at some point with WiFi and AC, but the owner stopped by within 10 minutes and worked on fixing it, it was very nice of him!!
Having 2 double beds for our 2 kids was convenient too, as I was able to sleep with them with full comfort, when one got sick. The screens on all windows and door are great.
Downsides: Chickens and birds are loud in the neighborhood, but there are a couple noise machines in every room. My husband did not have success with coffeemaker.
Otherwise very pleasant stay, thank you!!

We wanted a comfy space away from the chaos of normal life and we found it. The condo is well-apportioned, beautifully decorated, and quiet. Kitchen had all we needed and the bin of beach items made snorkeling a breeze. Easy check in and check out. 10/10 would rent again.

I traveled with my wife and in-laws. This was a perfect place for us to stay with plenty of room. AC took a little to figure out but when we got it, it worked great. Lot's of amenities. I would stay here again.

My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with our 3 children in Kauai this year. We were all so thankful that we made the choice to book our 10 day vacation in Princeville at this location, closer to the Northshore. Not only was it spacious enough to accommodate all 5 of us, but it was conveniently located near so many restaurants, beaches, and places of interest. The condo was exactly as described and was replete with so many essential items that made our stay extremely comfortable. Our point of contact also answered any questions and concerns we had with the utmost courtesy and promptness. We highly recommend this condo to anyone interested in visiting Kauai.

The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great setup for our family of 5. Location was great and the pool area was great for a poolside BBQ dinner.

Perfect condo for a family of 4, loved the nice lanai, beds and linens were very nice. Even though the road was very close, we weren’t bothered by road noise. Great beds, nice linens. Clean, and two bathrooms were great for our family.

The property was as described - clean, comfortable, spacious, functional, with some beach accessories provided, for which we were grateful. For snorkeling trips our family of four did have to rent three pairs of flippers and two snorkel and mask sets. But they were only $3 per item (pair of flippers or snorkel + mask) per day.
Very happy with the location.
Cookware was primarily weathered Teflon or aluminum. The stainless steel sauté pan and kettle were very much appreciated.
We found previous reviews helpful for giving us a heads up on what to expect, and we prepared accordingly.

This property is clean, spacious, and simply furnished with a beautiful view of sunrises and sunsets. This is our favorite condo in this property because it is private, quiet, and clean - fully equipped with everything we need for cooking and caring for our family in comfort. The washer and dryer on site are super convenient, the wifi was excellent (unfortunately a must for everyone as we have to keep up with work a bit, even on vacation, and our kids like to unwind with devices too), the air conditioning was great, and they even had beach chairs, an umbrella and a mask/fins for use if needed. The property manager is great - very professional and helpful. We will definitely be returning when we can to this rental - thank you for a wonderful stay!

I would definitely recommend this property, especially for a small family. It was perfect for us with 3 young teenagers/tweener who had their own bedroom/space separate from the master bedroom. Gave us privacy as well as the kids. It was nice to have the pool available when we were not at the beach. Everything was clean with great amenities. Beautiful views!

The apartment is very spacious with private bathroom in each bedroom. The location is nice, close to beautiful places in the north shore. It is 10 minutes into Hanalei town center with nice restaurants (Kalypso grill is the best). The management company is very helpful and responsive. We had an unforeseen problem with the internet at check in and the Management company responded properly to our need.

The main attractions of the islands (Napali Coast tours, national botanical garden) are in the south shore which is an hour and 15 minutes away but staying on the north shore is definitely better, nice environment and beautiful beaches.

However, One thing could be improved. The dining chairs are not safe, the cushion kept sliding off the wood frame and old people might get hurt. I know the owner tried to put the velcro but the velcro are worn out and not working.

in Summary, We love Kauai and our stay at the apt was good.

All went smoothly. Easy access to property with lockbox. Large, clean, great location. Kitchen was well equipped, but appliances were old and ice dispenser on frig was broken. We had trouble with dishwasher, but it was a bad connection and wasn't fixed in time to make it useful for us. Pool and beaches were great. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again! All 5's.

We loved our stay at this condo. The unit had all of the kitchen supplies that we needed, it was clean and everything was in good condition. There’s an AC unit in each room which made it comfortable for all of us. It’s close to many beaches and coves but also had a nice pool. The unit also had towels, beach chairs and a boogie board. The area and property is very quiet which was very appealing for our family. The property manager was very nice and helpful.

Location is great and area is beautiful. Very clean and spacious. Comfy beds. A/C is a plus. Nice balcony with furniture. Kitchen supplies were sufficient, but hardly any condiments.

Had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. Golf course starts grooming their greens just outside about 530am. Sleep with windows closed and it doesn’t bother you. Road noise was not an issue in mbr either.

The layout is very smart, doors (and locks-if you need) assure privacy and relative quiet. We especially enjoyed the view from the big front and side windows. As in many rental condos, we encountered an unfamiliar TV/remote control but management came over right away to help with this (thanks, Joe). They also got a plumbing problem that they hadn't known about fixed right away.

Well equipped,clean and spacious condo. All the kitchen gadgets/plates would need. Only complaint was that condo very poorly supplied with toilet paper, dish washing and laundry detergent,&coffee filters - little things but normally supplied at other Vrbo we have stayed at ( especially annoying considering price of rental ) When do everything else so well, why skimp on supplies.
On other note, unfortunately someone did not leave the snorkel masks behind.

Nice clean, quiet, safe place to stay. The pillows in bedrooms are horrible, very flat and old, plenty of towels, TV in master bedroom has bad internet connection. I had to spend a lot of time with it to make it work. Patio screen door was rusted and quit working, my husband and son had to fix it, the door needs further attention. Good place to stay. Please replace the pillows more often they were horrible. Other than that I will stay again if you change the pillows, my sleep is very valuable during vacation!

Great location and very well stocked. All full time residents extremely helpful and nice. Great location overlooking the ocean an golf course.

The condo was very well furnished. It had beach chairs,toys,snorkeling gear,etc. We put all the gear in the laundry basket and kept it in the car,never knowing when you would find a hidden beach. The shampoos were under the sink along with sunscreens. You may want to bring your favorite spices and coffee. The kitchen was well equipped and we bought food at he Princeville grocery, The grass fed beef was excellent as was their deli. During our stay we watched a baby albatross outside our window. The woman in the condo below us was a docent on birds.
The view was more of the golf course than the ocean so if you wanted a white water view or sunset, you needed to walk to the bluff after the golfers were finished
The condo was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked, air conditioned, on the 8th hole of the golf course and walking distance to the hotel for early morning coffee or sunset views.
