Hale Ola Kai is a three bedroom, two and a half bath
home located near world famous Hanalei Bay.
The house is a comfortable family-style home. Casual,
yet equipped with anything you need to make your stay in Hanalei perfect.
Two of the bedrooms have king beds, the third bedroom
has two twins. The kitchen is well equipped for the cook.
And there’s a dishwasher for the workers. The kitchen
is open to the living and dining space, so the family can interact freely.
There’s a separate den for a little privacy, with high-speed
wireless Internet service. There are two huge outdoor showers, with hot
and cold water.
The amenities also include modern front-loading washer
and dryer, gas BBQ, and a huge covered lanai for outdoor living and dining.
Hale Ola Kai is located barely a block from Hanalei Bay,
frequently voted one of the best beaches in the country.
It’s a gentle lagoon dotted with sailboats all summer,
and boasts world-class surf in the winter.
The picturesque little town of Hanalei is about a half
mile from the house – within easy walking distance.
Hanalei town has delicious restaurants, lovely shops,
and a local grocery store for your convenience.
Bi-weekly local farmer’s markets are within less than
a mile for fresh produce and local products.
Despite its fame, Hanalei has been able to maintain its
charming small town atmosphere, and the beach in Hanalei is rarely overrun
with beachgoers.
Paradise Found! (This rental is for the top
floor of the home. The lower level normally remains empty. Owner rarely
occupies the lower level.)
Off-season rental rates = $300/night or $1,800/week.
Summer rental rates = $350/night or $2100/week
Christmas rental rates = $400/night, 10 night minimum
stay
All rentals rates are plus 13.416% tax, Outcleaning fee
is $240, Security Deposit is $500. Sleeps 6.
