Rates: start at $3,500 per week for Summer and Christmas, $3,200 per week for the Spring, and $2,850 per week for the Off Season.
Outcleaning ranges from $365 to $425 and a mid-stay cleaning will be charged for every week of stay past the first week.
Security deposit is $1,000/week of stay, the home will sleep 6 or more. An additional fee may be charged for more than 6 guests.
