Nihilani 28C with central AC

We had an amazing time. I will definitely stay at this condo again and also refer friend's. It was such a beautiful location. Very quiet and close to some restaurants. We even went to the farmers market in the neighborhood. We talked to several people while using the pool and hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We ate out on our deck each morning and the trees snd shrubs were so lush you didn’t really see other people on their decks.

This is our second time staying and we just love it. Very spacious and has everything you need. Coffee maker broke and management company was friendly, easy to get a hold off and brought new one over.

We loved staying here! Plenty of room for our family! Loved having all the beach stuff in the garage. We drove all around the whole island and were always happy to come back to the condo! Princeville is such a pretty place!

This was a beautiful, clean and comfortable place to stay. Plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, beach necessities, etc. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your property ❤️

Clean, spacious unit with a pleasant garden view not on the main road. We experienced a home away from home for 9 days here. Everything was just right for the two of us. Bed was comfortable, kitchen and laundry very practical and no noise from the neighbors. The owner had bikes, all beach items in the garage. Carpet is worn but no smell and clean. We didn’t use the pool area because the beach was our priority. Walk to sunset views. Princeville is the best place to stay.

Awesome, spacious condo. Kitchen well stocked as well as beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Hope to stay here again soon.

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, loads of light in the condo with a very airy feeling. The kitchen has everything and then some. Plenty of room to spread out and extremely clean. We had breakfeast on the lanai daily listening to the birds. Fast and efficient communication too. If its available book it, you won't regret.

This condo was amazing!! It was extremely spacious. It had more than enough room for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and even more! There were several beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, ect.. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful Kauai beaches! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. The property management company was very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

The place is fabulous - light and comfortable. The beds were great. The place had everything we could need for the beach. It was lovely. We definitely want to come back again!

The team at Napali Properties went above and beyond to accommodate us when we arrived late at night and accidentally had booked our condo for the next day! They were gracious and helpful and found us a place to crash for the night. When we moved into our unit the following day it was spacious, clean, and very nice.

Nihilani is our favorite place to stay in Kauai!! This unit is spacious, in great shape and perfect for family and friends. We enjoyed the use of the top notch beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and gear for our daily trek to the beach. The pool area is also great for relaxing and cooking out. I have visited the Princeville area 20+ times over the years and am never disappointed by the beauty and overall experience. We will be back!!

The only issue seemed to be on the back balcony. The first morning we woke up early and people below complained about noise. We were very quiet after that. Then the new residents below were heavy smokers and it was impossible to sit outside with all the smoke rising to our balcony. We did not issue a complaint at the time because we were leaving in a few days.

We had the best time. The condo was big enough for five us. It was clean and fully equipped with everything needed. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The local walking path was perfect for a morning run.

This rental is beautiful inside and out! Delightfully decorated, immaculately clean and very spacious. The surrounding landscaped grounds are lush, well kept and pristinely groomed. The location is less than an hour from the airport in wonderful Princeville. This condo has a garage where you can park your rental car. There are two bikes and beach towels available for your use. Located in a perfect location on the north side of the island, nearby a grocery store, gas station, shops and restaurants. The nearby pool and spa are a plus for the evening! There are areas to BBQ and tables to eat at too. If you don’t want to drive to the beach you can have a nice time at this resort pool as our kids did. The laundry room, with a full sized washer and dryer, was great for our long stay! The two bedrooms are very spacious, have huge closets and separate bathrooms. One bedroom has a spa like bathroom and the other bedroom has a nice desk and work area. The Lanai wraps two sides of the condo, has a nice garden and amazing colored sunsets of the sky views. Inside there is a large dining table next to the kitchen and family room. The family room has a huge TV and comfy couches. You can even see the big TV from the kitchen. The kitchen is large and has everything you need to cook meals. There is a coffee bar area which my husband loved. The living room has another cozy couch and table where we played games at night. It’s also a nice area to read and relax. We stayed a week and had plenty of supplies without having to purchase extra. You may need to bring a little extra if you stay longer. There is a third full bathroom so three people can shower at the same time without running out of hot water! We would gladly stay here again when we come back to Kauai. It is a wonderful condo to stay in with more provisions than you will need. You will be happy that you booked this spectacular condo. See you again

We picked this place because it has a nice looking pool and hot tub. It wasn't super close to beaches but it is close to some golf courses if you're into it.The place is pretty big for the price we thought, and all the amenities are very new and clean.While it wasn't right on the water it was only a short drive away from many of the beaches on the North Coast.Our 3-yr old son loved the pool and hot tub and we went there almost every day. There were some beach toys and chairs in the garage which was great.This place is a great value if you don't mind short drives to the beach.By Will from San Francisco for a stay at Nihilani 6-A

Nihilani made a great home base for our travels around Kauai. The unit was larger than I expected and had everything we could ask for. The availability of coolers, beach towels and beach chairs was really convenient and much appreciated! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool area was fun! We couldn't figure out how to connect our pones/ipod to the speaker system but that may have been our user error. We chose to stay on the north side of the island to hike the Napali Coast. Unfortunately, the majority of hikes we wanted to do on the north end of the island were closed due to floods, so we ended up driving to the south end every day. The host had excellent communication and was understanding when we almost ran away with the garage door opener in our rental car.

I really enjoyed the huge and well appointed kitchen. There was also everything we needed for the beach! Would happily come back or recommend it to anyone.

The condo was in great condition and had wonderful amenities. Everything was explained with how-to instructions for the TV, Blu-Ray, Washer/Dryer, etc...You get to park in the garage, which is really nice and they even had bikes, beach chairs, boogie boards and snorkel gear you could borrow for the beach. Communication was great, we loved the place. Would stay again in a heartbeat on future visits. It would be a great place for a family of 4 or 2 couples.

I can't say enough good things about Nihilani 28C. The space is huge. 2 big bedrooms with beautiful full bathrooms attached. Walk in closet attached to the second bedroom as well. Fully stocked kitchen that we used everyday. 2 very spacious living rooms with attached lanais (outdoor porches). What I liked best was the neighborhood it is located in. So beautiful and close to local spots like hideaway beach and a short drive to beautiful Hanalei Bay. Also loved that the place had a garage to pull our car into and also came stocked with 2 bikes, beach chairs and coolers that we use basically everyday. My wife and I had the best time while staying at Nihilani 28C. We would absolutely recommend staying here.
