Great location for access to many beaches, hikes and activities on the north coast. House was clean with decent amenities. Would stay there again.

Well appointed sleeping and kitchen areas. Excellent ventilation. Walking distance to market and lunch joint. Quiet.

Great little place to stay for a week! Trail to Anini beach is pretty steep, but our 3 and 5 year old were able to manage and the beach is beautiful!

A true relief!!

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. The accomodations were exactly what we needed for my wife and I and our teenage daughter and her friend. The kids each had a bed in one side of the condo and my wife and I had our wing. This allowed us to all commune when we wanted to, but then have separation when that was opportune. The location couldn't be better. The north side of Kauai was spectacular. We will likely stay here again when return some day. There is no A/C, so it got a bit warm, but the fans worked well and we were out exploring all day, so no.matter. it was cool enough in the evening. I highly recommend this rental!

Hawaii is a favorite vacation spot, but was extremely disappointed with the communication of the property. Location was great and property was clean. The issue was- I tried to reach out multiple times via port and phone calls the entire 9 days (hot water did not work in front bathroom, tv remote was missing in living room, and was wanting late check out due to flight being at 8pm). I was only able to reach someone on the day I was leaving and when I told them I’ve been trying to reach them, the response I received was “no you haven’t” with a large attitude. Overall was very unhappy with service and I would not stay again due to management.

Very pleasant

This house was perfect for our family of 4. We were comfortable, the space was clean and open. Our kids loved being able to play out in the grass just behind the house (and we could watch them from the deck!) We we’re very pleased overall with our stay here. Would definitely come back.

We loved our location, the unit was clean and bright and airy. I loved having fans that were easily moved wherever we wanted extra breeze. The management was responsive to our request for extra days an we will definitely come again to this same location (we know Kauai well and this is our favorite spot).

Easy location to get in and out of Princeville. Quiet. Would be great for a family. Thankful to have been able to stay here. Jane and Kim at Na Pali rentals are wonderful.

Great base for discovering Kauai as well as for just hanging out and relaxing at the unit. Enjoyed the decks and sitting areas.

We had a fantastic time in Kauai! Our rental experience was very positive. The Paniolo cottage #112 was just right for our family of five. It was clean, cozy and in a great location for us to explore and relax.

If you have to stay in Princeville, the location of this condo complex is very convenient. Unfortunatley the photos make it look like a stand alone cute bungalow and it is actually very close to many condos without privacy. The property needs some love. Both lights in master bedroom didn't work, shower faucet leaked constantly and the kitchen is very poorly stocked for making dinner for even two people, eventhough the condo could accommodate 4. A cooler and some items for a day at the beach would be nice, maybe some placemats and napkins and a few beach towels. The back patio is lovely for breakfast and Hanalei is a dream. Until the owners put a little effort into making this vrbo a little more accommodating it is worth it to spend a little more and stay elsewhere.

Booked our rental with Na Pali Properties very last minute and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. Staff was friendly and helpful, the home was beautiful and had everything we needed, and all was very clean.
