Alii Kai is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath private ground floor end unit, situated on a vast tropical bluff with views of rainbows, waterfalls and famous Bali Hai sunsets. Relax on the peaceful lanai as frigate birds gracefully ride the cooling trade winds. Breathe in the fresh air, smell the flowers and relax.
This charming, tropical home has a king bed in the main bedroom and queen in the second bedroom and 2 full baths. There is a fully stocked kitchen, with upgraded appliances, including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. Flat screen TV’s, games and books complete the dream come true vacation.
You have dedicated WIFI and cable with smart televisions in the main bedroom and the living room. There is also an open covered lanai with chairs. NO A/C - but we do have ceiling fans throughout & tropical coastal breezes. You will have access to a large pool and shared BBQ’s. From the minute that you walk in the unit you can see the beautiful ocean views as well as the mountains and waterfalls. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking. A 20 minute walk on the pathway will take you to the the Princeville Shopping Center. There you will find retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, banks, a gas station, a food and deli store and a public library and park. The newly renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is now open to enjoy a scenic drink or dinner. A short drive will take you to gorgeous Hanalei Bay and a scenic drive along Kuhio Highway will take you to the trailhead for the Na Pali Coast.

We stayed in this condo for 10 weeks, which made it feel like our home. Very comfortable accommodations. Master bed was very comfortable. Condo was set up with all the amenities promoted. No issues at all. Hali at the rental office was very professional.

We loved the location of this two bedroom condo located in Princeville Cliffs, Kauai. We would stay there again. It's was a perfect location for us. It's an older unit but well maintained. The property management team was very responsive to any questions or problems that arose. The beds in both bedrooms were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with every pot, pan, appliance, Tupperware you can think of. The unit had two beach chairs we used every day as well as a boogy board and a cooler. Awesome experience.
We had a wonderful stay in Ali’i Kai 2104 and savored every minute we had there.. The condo is beautiful, clean, and well-equipped; it was the single best AirBnb kitchen we’ve ever had. We felt right at home and happily cooked every night, enjoying dinners outside. We loved being able to see both the ocean and the mountains from the lanai. There are other condos in the complex that have a better ocean view, but 2104 is unique in that it provides both; we decided it probably had the best view and setting in the whole complex. We also enjoyed being able to walk right outside onto the grassy lawn. The location is great, with numerous beaches less than two miles away, a nice pool shared by the complex, gas grills, easy parking, and two farmers markets within walking distance. We would stay here again in a second and are already dreaming of our next trip back!
