Brysone K. Nishimoto
Na Pali Properties, Inc. is pleased to welcome a new kid on the block!  Brysone K. Nishimoto, Realtor Associate, has joined the sales staff in Hanalei.

Brysone transplanted to the island of Kauai from Oahu 51 years ago, at the tender age of 3 days old.  He lived first in Haena, then Wainiha.  He went off-island for schooling, then returned to Hanalei, and finally to Wainiha for good.  Except for schooling on Oahu at the Kamehameha School for Boys and University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, the North Shore of Kauai has always been home.

Brysone brings with him an innate appreciation for the Garden Island.  As a kid picking shells for tourists on the beach at Hale Ho'omaha Motel in Haena in the 50's, they would tell him, "this is the most beautiful of all the islands."  Yeah right, he would say to himself.  As a bellhop at the Hanalei Plantation Hotel in the late 60's, he would hear the same refrain.  As housekeeping manager for Princeville Management in the early 80's, guests at Pali Ke Kua would be awestruck at yet another Bali Hai sunset.  Today as the proprietor of Ivy's Place, a charming bungalow in Wainiha, visitors are still singing the same tune.  "So finally, after extensive traveling, I concur", says Brysone.

With an extensive sales background, including insurance (property, casualty, life) in the late 80's, travel agent since the 90's, and most recently cruise & tour specialist commencing in 2000, Brysone is well suited to real estate sales.  But he feels real estate will be the most interesting, challenging and rewarding.  He bought an investment home in the late 70's using the services of a real estate agent. Since that time he has been involved in many real estate transactions as both buyer and seller.

Today, Brysone is guardian of thirteen acres of family lands in Wainiha Valley.  "I am blessed to be living on the most beautiful of all the islands.", says Brysone.
