from the beach. Hale Hoku is located across the street from a beach access
path on Alealea Rd. The large covered lanai looks out at the ocean and
offers seating and dining in the open air. Another uncovered lanai is on
the mountain side of the home, with a nice mountain view. The flexible
floor plan offers 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with living, dining and kitchen
upstairs. Bedding includes a queen and two twins. The living area upstairs
is open concept, with a family friendly kitchen island and high beamed
ceilings. A separate 1 bedroom apartment is available on the ground floor
for larger groups, and includes living, dining and small kitchen. This
unit is not rented separately but can be included for larger groups, and
also has a queen size bed. The large yard is beautifully landscaped with
tropical trees and flowers.
Rates:
$1,750 per week for 2/BR, $2,100
per week for 3/BR. $500 - $750 Security Deposit, $208.33 to $286.46 for
Outcleaning Fee. Sleeps 4 to 6.
