Jane F. Abramo is a Realtor and Graduate of the Realtor
Institute. She is also the Principal Broker, President, and Owner of Na
Pali Properties, Inc. She and her former co-owner, Nancy A. Lindman,
purchased the company from their friend and mentor, Mike Ching, in 1997.
And in 2006 Jane became the sole proprietor, when Nancy decided to retire
from the Vacation Rental business.

In 1998 the company became one of the top twenty-five Woman Owned Businesses
in Hawaii. Na Pali Properties also ranked 14th in the state for Neighbor
Island Residential Real Estate Companies in 1999. As Principal Broker of
Na Pali Properties, Inc. Jane oversees both the Vacation Rentals and Real
Estate Sales divisions of the company. However, her main area of concentration
is on the Real Estate Sales side of the business.

Jane first came to Kauai from Washington State in 1985, on what was intended
to be an extended visit with her parents. "Although I hadn't intended
to make a permanent move to Kauai, I fell in love with the island, my husband
and real estate, not necessarily in that order," says Jane. After varied
careers on the mainland in business, banking and retail, her love for Kauai
made selling real estate a natural progression. The beauty of the mountains,
the ocean, and the lush greenery of the island are easy to sell.
"I often feel more like a tour guide than a sales agent," Jane has said,
"the island is so compelling, it sells itself."

Jane and her husband Joe, who is a real estate agent with Na Pali Properties,
Inc. live in Princeville. They feel it's a wonderful, family oriented neighborhood,
with easy access to some of the worlds best beaches. Their daughter Jackie,
was born and raised on Kauai. She is in her sophomore year attending San
Francisco State University in California, while pursuing a career in Apparel
Merchandising.

Jane is very active with her local and state Board of Realtors. She
has served as Chairman of the Kauai Board of Realtors Grievance Committee.
She was President of the Kauai Board of Realtors in 1997, and served on
the Hawaii Association of Realtors Finance Committee in 1999.

Jane is the Treasurer-Elect for the Hawaii Association of Realtors for
2006. In 2007 she will ascend to the position of Treasurer for HAR. This
is a volunteer position and her duties include attending meetings on Oahu
and budgeting decisions for the upcoming year.
