OTA House

We had a lovely time in this house. It was a very quiet neighborhood and centrally.located. Our toddler appreciated the yard and we ate many meals outside. Would 10/10 recommend.

The home was very clean and spacious and in a great location within Princeville. It’s a great house for a family or group trip. Smooth and easy check in and check out process as well!

We had again an amazing time on the North Shore. The house comes with everything you need and on top with beautiful sunsets.

Sweet house in a quiet, safe and friendly neighborhood. It’s a little bit dated, but very comfortable, and a great value! The garage was an added plus, and the view out the back was wonderful We would definitely stay there again. We only rent from Napali Properties on visits to Kauai, and once again their service was impeccable.

We’re former Kaua’i residents who return regularly to visit family and friends. This was our first time renting from Napali Properties and we’re really pleased with the level of communication and the overall ease of making arrangements. The OTA house was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, very clean and comfortable, and close to all our beloved surf breaks and beaches on the north shore. We highly recommend this house for visitors who are looking for great value on a budget. We will definitely keep the OTA House at the top of our list for our next visit. We loved our stay at this comfortable home. It’s located in a lovely residential area with views of the mountains and waterfalls. We loved waking up to birdsong and colorful skies. We made meals everyday with no issues. If you like to grind your coffee beans like we do, you’ll need to go by the local Ace Hardware and pick up a grinder-that’s the only thing this home didn’t provide. Plenty of beach towels, coolers, and boogie boards were appreciated. You cannot go wrong choosing Ota House for your vacation!!

We loved the location and the view from the backyard is stunning. We enjoyed cooking meals here daily, there is a market close by with all you need. Very quiet, very clean, very simple-perfect!

This house is in a quiet neighborhood and very comfortable. The kitchen is a little sparse so you will need to keep any vacation cooking very minimalist. The home is very convenient to all north shore attractions - strongly recommend Pt. Kilauea Lighthouse for bird watching. It's a long drive (but worth a day trip) to the shouth shore and Weimea Canyon. Overall this was convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. I

It's one of the first homes built in this part of Princeville. It is has a very homey feel and openness to it. Although it was not air conditioned it had enough fans to keep us cool when we were home. The laundry room and kitchen came in handy for us also. Jane was awesome and very accommodating for our family. The directions and entry was very easy to follow. Mahalo Na Pali Properties for making our stay memorable. Look forward in coming back again.

We had a great stay! The neighborhood was quiet and the backyard had an amazing view of the green mountains and waterfalls. We would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great location, was extremely clean and inviting. Having your morning coffee on the lanai every morning while enjoying the view of the mountains and waterfalls. Have the beach chairs and boogie boards was extra too. We will definitely be back

The price is right! Nothing fancy but more than did the trick. Perfect location. Clean. Had all the necessary amenities. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The house has a huge yard. Appliances are dated but work well. Location is convenient to reach Hanalei and Kilauea. WiFi worked great. Jane was a very responsive and helpful host!

While the house is pretty dated and doesn't have A/C, it had the amenities we needed and everyone slept comfortably. Princeville is a lovely place to stay and we loved the easy access to Hanalei on the weekends.

Some things in the house were a little run down. Rusty fridge and stove. Beyond that, it was clear sailing. Very clean and well kept. Nice, well manicured yard. Unbelievably quiet neighborhood.

Great location, Very clean, and well maintained. Donna was always on hand if we had a question.
