Na Pali Properties Vacation Rental Policy:

All rates are as stated plus a $35.00 Reservation Fee and 13.416% State of Hawaii Excise and Transient taxes.
These are subject to change without notice.
All homes require a Deposit, to be received within 10 days, to confirm your reservation.
Rents are due 60 to 90 days in advance.
The Deposit will be refunded to you approximately 30 to 45 days after your departure.

Cancellations require a 60 day notice for Deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $75.00.
Cancellations for Summer and Christmas bookings require a 90 day notice for Deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $75.00.
If less than 60 days notice is given, the Rent will be refunded only if the unit can be rented during the same time you reserved.

Most of our Rentals have Lock Boxes but in some cases you must pick up KEYS at our office.
If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., or on the weekends, other arrangements will be made.
Please ask about these special arrangements. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

For your convenience, we can also reserve a car for you, sometimes at better than advertised rates.
