Na Pali Properties Vacation Rental Policy:

All rates are as stated plus a $25.00 reservation fee and 11.416% sales tax, and are subject to change without notice.
All homes require a Deposit, to be received within 10 days, to confirm your reservation.
The Deposit will be refunded to you approximately 30 days after your departure.

Cancellations require a 60 day notice for full Deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $75.00.
If less than 60 days notice is given, the Deposit will be refunded only if the unit can be rented during the same time you reserved.

The KEYS may be picked up at our office during business hours.
If you arrive after 5:00 p.m., or on the weekends, other arrangements will be made.
Please ask about these special arrangements. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

For your convenience, we can also reserve a car for you, sometimes at better than advertised rates.
