Rent is $1,200 per week. Security Deposit is $300. Outcleaning fee is $300.  The home sleeps 6.

Relax and enjoy the dramatic ocean views from this comfortable family-style home. Split level entry brings you in on the top floor. Open living space includes large kitchen with tile counters, bar sink, gas stove, microwave oven and all the other goodies you need to make your vacation memorable.  Separate dining area with a large teak dining table that seats 6.  High beamed ceiling over living room with stylish over-stuffed wicker furniture leading to the lanai.  Stereo system includes CD and cassette player.  The custom woodwork throughout the house is outstanding.  Master bedroom and bath opens to the lanai and offers a wonderful ocean view.  Ground floor has two more bedrooms, one bath with a jacuzzi tub, and spacious covered lanai.  Relax in the hammock while enjoying the birds in the valley.  All rooms excepts baths enjoy the ocean view.  Home includes washer/dryer, barbecue, beach towels and chairs.  Beds include a king size bed, double bed, and two twins.
