Wilikoki House

This was our 5th stay at Wilikoki. We love its location, its ease and its big lawn. It is a perfect family vacation house. Management is attentive , made us feel welcome and quickly responded to requests. We enjoyed a week in paradise.

We have stayed at the Wilikoki house regularly for more than 10 years. It is a very special place. Na Pali properties runs it very smoothly, and they have kept this gem of a home humming along for us the entire time. Never change a thing (we miss the pink bathtub!!).

The location of this house is incredible, a huge yard, oceanfront on Hanalei Bay. You could not ask for a better experience. The house is rustic and charming, spacious and comfortable. We will be coming back!

A large group of lifelong friends are turning 50 this year and we decided what better way to celebrate than with a Hawaii 5-0 themed getaway to Kauai! This wonderful house complete with a huge lawn right on the beach of Hanalei Bay provided the ideal setting for our special group gathering. The perfect way to create beautiful new memories together while celebrating the OLD ones too!

We had a lovely stay at Wilikoki all except one night. The next door neighbors rented out their lawn for a 30 yr bday party that started at 6 or 7 pm. It was literal screaming and yelling for hours and of course didn't stop at 10 pm for the noise ordinance. Unfortunately there has been no offer from the property managers even though I directly said there should be some kind of reparation considering the nightly rental rate.

Overall a lovely property that holds groups well. I wouldn't put more than 8 adults in the house. It would get crowded. We had 8 and it was crunched on the deck.

Vacation was great; walk to beach and walk to down town made it easy for our party of eight. People could do different things at different times without driving.

Great location, spaces, and customer service. The kitchen is great for cooking in and the beds are comfortable.

When Covid hit we had already paid in full for our rental.
They returned the full amount to us.
That reflects on the company and the clients they represent.
Plus Hanalei is a very special place.

This house is one of the older homes with charm from the 70’s on the beach in Hanalei.Our family of 6 felt very comfortable in this home.We we’re celebrating 2 birthdays an engagement and 2 birthdays at this home, with our grown . The home does not have air conditioning, but many fans. It was only 85 one day so the rest of the time we were fine.upstairs master bedroom has beautiful views of the bay but the blinds do not go up and they do not close. It would be more comfortable if they had curtains to block out the light in the morning and to feel more private at night.The kitchen sink has a draining problem with the disposal. The freezer door needs to be attached better as it is posted that the Handel falls off if lifted up instead of out. The fan light switches on the walls are difficult to figure out at first.We would recommend this home because it has history and charm . But it would be even better if it had some TLC .

This is our favorite house in our favorite place. You can’t beat the feeling of spaciousness and light, the beach steps away, and the whole bay with you always, rain or shine. Daybed window seat with full view of the spectacular mountains playing hide and seek with the clouds. Huge round window framing water waves and sky. Open kitchen with beautiful wood counters made cooking a pleasure. Walk to town, relax in the hammock, sunset drinks on the large deck…we’re definitely making this an annual vacation!

It is hard to imagine a better venue for gathering the family. The view is unbeatable and having direct access to the beach is special. Also, you can have many lawn games on the substantial plot. The house itself has all the amenities and is particularly suited for younger children. We have done this now 2 years in a row and Wilikoki has become etched in our collective memory.

Wilikoki house was amazing. The house was better than we had imagined and the location was unbeatable with stunning views surrounding us. The family space was comfortable and cozy with plenty of room for the nine of us. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed, including a rice cooker and griddle! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having beach toys available to us. It was a perfect family vacation home. Thank you. We would highly recommend!

What an amazing location and the staff was unbelievable. Everything was perfect for a two family trip with kids and teens. I cant say enough about Jane at Na Pali she was the best.

This beach house is perfection! A great gathering spot for family and friends right on Hanalei Bay. The house is super cool and has so much character and fun nooks to read a book in and enjoy the sunset and the crashing waves. Doesn't get better than this.

This was the 4th time our family has stayed at Wilikoko. Obviously, we love the house. The location on the beach and the large yard make playing with family a delight. NaPali Properties was wonderful to work with. This trip had been delayed by 2 yrs due to Covid and they worked with us to accommodate needed changes. The house was in great condition. Beds had been upgraded.

The Wilikoki house is so perfect for a large family vacation1 Lots of room for hanging out inside and out, cooking, and eating together. You can't beat the location with perfect surf and boogie boarding either right out in front, or down the beach in either direction. Sunrises and sunsets, moonrises and rainbows were spectacular. We stopped at Safeway on the way from the airport and hardly needed to drive anywhere - Hanalei is a quick walk away for coffee's, shave ice, and shopping.
